Я за обновления, но не делать их кривыми, что бы потом по нескольку раз выпускать исправления для них. А с учетом того что тестировали достаточно долго, можно было бы и не ошибаться так...
Of course, for those that have, yeah it's simply a very, very small update and the fact that it's stable branch now (until they do it again).
Any ideas out there when we will see a version that doesn't need a restart?
you can play your campaign or sandbox game to the end.
then you can update to new main version and play a new campaign, if you want.
so the awnser to you question is: always ever forever, till the end of the world
If you got a unmodded 1.1.6 save you should be able to fine keep play it with 1.2.7...

You actually don't need to restart - it *should* be compatible, at least on vanilla save files. Mods may be a different story, you'll just need to wait and hope the modders update them to the current branch if you wanna play an old save with the new game features.
Alternatively, you can choose to play an older version of the game on steam if you'd rather have mods than the new features.
Being that delusional helps nobody. Do you think it helps the devs work faster by complaining about getting nothing regardless of what we get?
At least complain about real issues and make suggestions - we all know the campaign mechanics feel pretty empty still. But why pretend we're getting nothing?
Subsequent 1.2.x beta patches added unto that both with clear additions (f.e. Admin Panel) as well as with significant gameplay changes to existing content (f.e. combat AI changes).
Or is that just multiplayer is dead?
I see 20k people playing the game are the majority just playing single player or is my version the cause for the lack of servers?
I ask because I refunded already just not interested in the game w/out an active multiplayer scene.
