Steam --> steamapps --> workshop --> content
You should see folders with a bunch of numbers. Those are your games, so you'll need to find the one that matches your game. No idea which that might be.
If you're downloading a mod from the Nexus, put that folder in the Modules folder for Bannerlord. It won't work placing it in the workshop folder.
Just install it, tell it where Bannerlord is, then install the mods through MO2. As long as you launch bannerlord from Mod Organizer 2 then the mods will show up just fine. And this way you don't have to worry about updates breaking things either.
I had this working once before but don't remember what I did. I see the content folder with all the mods, this the one from nexus has no directions. Do I need to make a folder for it with numbers? I put the mods in the correct folder and they don't appear on the mod list.

But it doesn't see any of the mods, I am placing them in the correct folder. Going to try this with the GOG edition, steam is likely the problem here. If you care about mods then I think doing it through Nexus is the best way as suggested above, so your mods don't get auto updated and break the game.
