When you own a capital - How To Build faster
it says it will take 40 days to complete a building anyway i can speed it up using a mod or useful suggestion.

Make a clan member with high engineering the governor of the city.
Build your workshops to Tier 3 before building anything else.
Put money into the city's reserves to help decrease build times.

Yea, with an engineer skill 80+ companion and workshop 3 and all the money in the world, maybe it will change from 40 days to 30 days.

i dont see a problem...

tier 1 buildings are fast and for tier 2+3 you can make long building chains.

and most buildings are worthless. i wouldnt build them.
