does anyone else feel like this game is just too unstable (i know its EA)
Lately (1.4.0) i just get crash after crash with and without mods i know this is early access and i remember stability issues with the original MB but this feels way worse to me
i deleted everything and reinstalled a clean install of 1.4.0 and it's even worse now
I am really tired of crashes when i try to load saved games , when i have to start a new game over and over (without the ability to simply reload the character you have already created 40+ times)
My time is so limited between the kids and my job that its just annoying all i get to do is watch crashes
and i was really wondering if this game is as unastable for other players and if not , do you have a solution for this instability
thanks

It's bad. Just wait until closer to release, hopefully it will shape up

if your time is limited this aint the game to play right now.....even if they patch the game tomorrow there is quite a big chance you have to start a new game....you will be in that situation every 1/2 weeks

that would be less of an issue if it wasn't for all the crashes
altough they could aid with that by simply adding a feature that allows you to export and import your char (like in warband) but thats a different matter
And indeed i stopped playing for a few days after deleting it completly but i was really hoping the game would be more stable with a clean install
This days i guess i just don't have the time like i had when MB first came out
Do you experience a lot of crashes as well ?

yea and its too bad because i was hoping to both enjoy the game and contribute my part in making it better , but at this state its not possible for me
I guess i'll just wait until the official modding tools are available and then just add my contribution through a mod
Personally, I'm not experiencing the crashing issues some people do but I'm always on the latest beta too and use dozens of mods, so maybe that's why.

I crash, but usually it's a mod issue. Occasionally, it seems to be a base game crash. Even still, I'm looking at maybe 30-50 crashes total in my 150+ hours. I can generally play for several hours without an issue, though.

i wish i knew what the difference is why one player plays for hours while another crashes all the time

I played 123 hours, after which I got my first crash, was shortly after 1.3 and I've been getting them from time to time since.

same, just tried starting a new game, everything was fine until i went to trade (crash) then load back in, try and trade again (crash) load up again, going for a fight instead (crash) basicly unplayable unless you enjoy the first 4 to 5 fights against looters after that it just starts crashing constantly

I had no more than 5-7 game crashes in all 530+ hours. Most of these crashes occurred when using mods.

Just a tip.
If you have used mods, DELETED them and game still crashes.
Look in:
USER:\Dokument\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\Configs
Delete all things there too!

I've had some crashes with no mods (haven't tried any yet) but nothing near what some ppl seem to experience. In the end everyone's got different hardware/OS/OS version/drivers etc, I don't know how it all works together but I'm sure it plays a part?

i have over 400 hours but i have to say i think around 150 of those were just minutes i spend re creating my char

I dont know what to say. I playing the game since it was released and when Beta was available i went to beta branch. So far not a single crash, but maybe because i got a stable computer build(not high-high end, maybe mid-high).

i have a relativly high end rig , not the best of the best .. and at the start it really did not crash all that often but lately , its all over the place with or without mods
