I know but I'm talking about actual equipment. This has nothing to do with the perk.
I was actually kind of thinking the opposite of this. It doesn't seem feasible to me for there to be multiple lances within reach on a horse, but having a sword and shield in arms reach seems more believeable, or extra arrow quivers. But I'm not against it.
well to be fair to your last point, the game isn't supposed to be one you finish a campaign in a few hours... it's an RPG, you're supposed to take a few days at the least.
Okay, so explain the ones for on-foot then? And how is 3 extra arrows the same as another bag of 20?
