How do i recruit special units like Vlandian Squire?

I cant figure out how to recruit these special type of units like Vladian Squire, Sturgian Warrior Son, Imperial Vigla recruit. Can someone help?

they are randomly available to recruite in villages of the culture they belong too, they are relative rare though.

thats why making quests for the villages is a good idea since you build up relateions with the people you recruite from and can recruite more of them and have a higher chance of being able to recruite the special lines since it opens up more slots of potential recruits.

Vlandian squire you will need for Dertherts Quest for Vlandian Gallants. Best thing is to go from place to place within Vlandian territory and look for them. You shouldn't have much trouble finding them

They recently said they fixed Disciplinarian in a past patch notes. Mountain bandits upgrade into horse cavalry that can be disciplined into those, unless I remember wrong. Having a much stronger force than the mountain bandit party is more likely to make them surrender and want to join you after a recent patch.

Some notables are more likely to have noble recruits available, you should find it easily enough just by looking at what they have in various villages. I have a number of villages I go to to recruit noble vlandian troops.
