No flirt option, I'm 26 and the target is 20
I have no flirt option at all. Age doesn't seem to be the restriction since we are both young like a baby. She doesn't seem to be married as there is no "husband" in her relationship tree. I need help with my single life!!!!

And then declare yourself as an "admirer"

Dev console has a command for changing hero age

i didn't change my age, but i am 26 in the game for some reasons. May be Bannerlord Tweaks. This problem still remains unsolved and I see a few people do encounter this issue. Anyone knows the reason behind?

I mean... I'm not a love expert but you probably lost her affection there.

All joking aside i have had this happen once before. Not sure why exactly. The game just wouldn't let me.

Is she the leader of a clan? I've never tried but I heard you couldn't marry clan leaders

THAT is a good question! Who were you trying to romance Chun2? Can you romance OTHER lords?

I want to mate with Bortu, she's supposed to be the daughter of the Ruler of Khuzait. I don't see her being anyone's spouse
