Searching a village for someone

Searching a village for an NPC be it to kill them or help them was stupid, unfun and an absolute chore in Warband, and it still is now.

swear to god this quests is either bugged, or just mean spirited on the Dev's part. im required to help some battanian by escorting his son to pay off a blood feud, only i cant find the damn kid!
"hey, my son ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up and is gonna get killed. will you please save his life and protect him?"
"sure."
"great, hes hiding somewhere. go find him."
NO. ♥♥♥♥ YOU. tell HIM to come to ME. because i have just spent the last 20 minutes riding circles around this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ you call a village looking for him.

seriously, ♥♥♥♥ these kinds of quests.

Just hold Alt and look around. Every important person in the village is tagged.

thanks man, i never would have considered that. its not even something i really use in a battle, so the function always appeared useless to me personally.

If you did a search for your problem, before complaining about it like this ... or simply asking if your missing something and could use some help ... then most of us would have made less fun of this thread. :)

thanks lol, im really not a frequent forum guy, and that button always went by the wayside to me xD
this is about the third time ive ever quoted someone too lol
i will also admit, i was quite heated and frustrated when i made this topic, and kept remembering the several times in warband i went through the same thing, so i jumped the gun there and assumed the same issue existed here.
this "IS" the same devs who released the same game twice with some changes and fixes after all lol
