And we never heard from them since. Not counting that PC gamer interview because the only thing we got out of that was "it's still too soon"

They don't care if you want news. They enjoy being as quiet as possible. They know people will rally to buy the game even if they release no news. Take that for what it is... or not your choice.

People need to accept this:
The game is essencialy finished. They wont release it because, they just released Warband on consoles.

They are milking consoles with warband as much as they can. Only then they will rease Bannerlord.

If they released Bannerlord now, no one would buy Warband copies.

Good point I didnt think of. How long has Warband been on consoles? Which consoles? The graphics are very tame for something like the PS4 arent they?

Warband was released september 2016.

Thats why there is no news/announcements on Bannerlord. The game is finished and the next announcement will be the release date.

Wich i expect to be this year.

For the record, i never ask for release, if is goin to cancell i will accept, BUT! Warnin us, or give some info because we are lose.

Still a bit worrying when frank on askfm says that 2017 is in their goals but they can't make a commitment or promise for it.

I think they wont commit to a release date because they realy dont know.

They are probably monitoring Warband sales on consoles. As soon as the sales decline to a point where there are to few sales, they will announce Bannerlord's release date.

No one would buy Warband anymore, if they knew Bannerlord was comming out in 3 months. (and believe me. Every gaming news will have on their front page Bannerlord as soon as the release date leaks)

Well I bought Warband on PC in late 2016, still is one of the greatest game ever made to me.

This is why I can't wait for the sequel... And if the waiting is due to the console launch, I hope they're taking advantage of the additionnal time to polish it and make it even better :)

Still, some news would be nice. I come here about evry month, hoping that this october news will no longer be the last one. I guess we gonna have to wait longer.
