Error E03001

Whenever I attempt to start the launcher I am unable to do so. Can any1 help?

1. Go to where the game is in my situation C:/program files (x84)/steam/steamapps/common/AION
2. You will find NClauncher.exe righ-click it and creat a shortcut to desktop
3. Right-click the shortcut and chose proprties
4. you will see Target copy the following and past it at the end of the target field don't delet the things in there just add the following : /LauncherID:"GameForge" /CompanyID:"11" /GameID:"AION-LIVE" /LUpdateAddr:"update.aion.gfsrv.net" /ExAccessToken:gfsteam

Work also for me, just remember to put a space in between the end of what it's already written and what you're copying.

can i delete the shortcut after i do that?....i ussualy launch my game from steam library not from the desktop

I tried doing it and the editing solution worked to some point. The gameforge launcher started to update but at 10% it kept popping errors. I'm just gonna have to wait until steam and/or gameforge solve the problem. :(
