people help i get this id and password do not match[2]

correct username, wrong password.

doenst work changed my pssword multiple times and everything is correct no spaces or what so ever

if you can log into the website contact support. if not the only option seems to be to create a new account from a different email address and start again.

the problem is i can login with the account details just fine on the website but when using the same acc info in game its not working tried with 2 new accounts still not working i stop trying i guess

you cold try:

in steam to "validate the integrity ofthe game cache"

in the game launcher "check files"

if you have another computer can you log in from that?

if you know someone else with Aion can you log in from their computer, can they log in from yours?

you could play on the U.S.servers. via the NCLauncher http://us.ncsoft.com/en/launcher/ncsoft-launcher.php

I have the same problem mate and i can not use support as that needs a login (I am already logged in on there website) and it says the same id and password do not match.

This is why the games dead as they cant even get the bloody logins to work..

yup tried everything possible checking files reinstall and stuff checking with 2 new fresh acc and stuff not working at all i give up ;p

It does not work, however if you make an account @

https://en.aion.gameforge.com/website/landing/long/

(CLICK REG BUTTON) it works just fine.
