help for creating an account ?

i wanted to check this out again for the sake of nostalgia but now that i want to create a new account it doesnt let me ? says that the account name is already taken but when i chose the alternative they're proposing me it says "an error occured during registration". when i try again it says the account name is already taken (the one they suggested me bc it was free)

You need an account to ask for help with account creation issues.

Its very likely if you didnt play for long time...account will be blocked.To create an account you need a valid email and go to gameforge site.And then create one.To me always works.It can be country too i dunno.Im from italy btw

I do have an account, actually have tried with more than one now.
Yes, I'm registering under Gameforge, and can log in to Gameforge. Account is activated.

I then proceed to the Aion page, where I click login, insert the same exact info, and I get a "pass/user does not match" warning.

After trying a few times in the client, I get a warning saying "for security reasons your account is now blocked, you failed to many times, we will investigate and contact you".
That was the 6th of February, still nothing.

I will try contacting Gameforge support, seeing as I need an Aion account to contact Aion support, but my hopes aren't really high up there xD

If it does say that "for security reasons your account is now blocked"it means you failed to digit the pin??The number that you need to log in on the char..Becuase i never got such error just by going in game and typing wrong password or username..no matter how mutch you fail..Cant seem to see another logic because i really never had this issues.

Nope, inserted the pin without issues, then input my user and my password. It was upon "it" not recognizing my password a few times that it blocked me out.
In 2 different accounts. Typing carefully with new, reset passwords written neatly on a paper in front of me

i tried to create an account on Firefox, Edge and Chrome...didnt work, but it did work on my smart phone... so try that, it worked for me :)
