NCSoft --> GameForge servers

Hi guys,
I wonder if anyone can help. Some time ago my partner and I got into Aion and we downloaded the game from NCSoft and have the NCSoft launcher. some friends of ours decided to start playing and they have the GameGorge launcher. It didn't even occur to us that this would be a problem until we got to the server list and we both have completly different server lists. So my question is, is there a way to transfer from NCSoft to GameForge? Its the exact same game as far as I can see, just a different launcher. I've created a GameForge account, but those log in details won't work with the NCSoft launcher (probabably obviously but it was worth a try). So we are now downloading the game again, just so we can use a different launcher.

Hello Asimus,

I´m afraid there is no way to transfer your accounts from the service of your current publisher to ours. The North Amercian version of AION is published by NCWest (and I assume that is where you made your accounts and where you are playing). The European version is published by Gameforge (our service) and your friends seem to be playing on our European servers.

The only way to play together would be to start over, so that you and your friends are all playing on the same service and servers.

I hope this at least helps to clear up the situation.
