launcher dont open the game!! HELP

There is not any update available. Today i cant launch the game... I have already tried the file check also. everything seems fine but when i press start on the aion launcher, it does normally what it should be, then on the screen coming up AION picture but it dissapears in 15 sec and it dont open the game... can u please advice anything?

I had similar problem. Support are useless. Try to disable nvidia overlay if you have geforce experience.

i have an ongoing ticket and the support team posted me a msg saying we are looking into it but they never helped me find what the problem is, let alone solve it. I just can't log in the game rn. The game won't launch. It stops launching when there is a splash photo of aion on my screen. Then it just disappears...

I had the same thing today (I'm playing on Windows 10) and I found a solution : Right-click on the NCLauncher and change the compatibility to Windows 8 (Its works for me).
