Can't find an item

im at the quest where u have to Poison the water in a village, but i can't find the Poison anywhere !! not in my inventory and anything :((( help

Poison is showing up in quest items cube, it's additional cube in your inventory that shows on a side of your normal eq. To bring it up open your inventory and click small icon on the bottom next to your kinah. If poison is not in the quest item cube try to fill the support ticket with bug report (I have never heard of that bug before tho).
