windows critical error

Hey!
I've got trouble launching the game. When i start the game from the launcher, my computer crash after 2-3 seconds with a windows blue screen telling me that it's a critical error and that i must to restart my computer.
Any idea?

1.Win10 64bits
2. no error, i open the launcher, click on play, and after 2/3 s the pc freeze and i can only reboot manually.
I tryd everything i know to fix it, ever format my pc and re install windows again, it doest work.

I got in touch with the GameForge support system and they havent given me an answer yet. Is there anyone who has another idea?

My pc is:

Video card Ati Raedeon RX 480 last driver on ati.
SSD 250gb
HHD 1TB wd
16GB ram HyperX 1800mhz
Mother Asus Formula V
Micro AMD FX6300
