windows critical error

Hey!
I've got trouble launching the game. When i start the game from the launcher, my computer crash after 2-3 seconds with a windows blue screen telling me that it's a critical error and that i must to restart my computer.
Any idea?

Is the game from Steam or are you using the official Aion launcher?

You can try verifying integrity of Aion game files.

I have the same problem but just crash with freeze and i have to reboot manually. Verifying integrity do nothing

I have Windows 10 64 bits. Critical error died or something like that. I have to reboot manualy when this happens. I have a very good pc. I install the game un Steam, then i install in ncsoft, i tryed verifying integrity. Nothing is working

What did you mean by saying

I uninstall the Steam version and install the NCsoft version fran the original game in the web site aion.com

You said

so this means that you installed both Steam version and using the official launcher. Or did you want to say that you uninstalled the Steam version and installed using the launcher?

1.Win10 64bits
2. no error, i open the launcher, click on play, and after 2/3 s the pc freeze and i can only reboot manually.
3. I just make update 5.4 and after that bug

Hello,

Please try and delete the "Data" folder in your AION directory. You can find it under [...]\AION\Download\Data. Then start the launcher and click on "File check".
