How long should a episode be?
So, I see people being unhappy with the length with each episode. I'm just wondering how long each episode should be according to you guys.

Personaly, I don't think there should be a set time frame.. Becuase if the bar is to high then they would need to add constant filler or padding to extended the episodes. I would rather the episode be long enough to be entertaining but short enough not to drag on with pointless chatter and sidequests. I guess if i had to set a time frame it would be from a hour and half to 2 hours.

At least 3 hours of quality story. No set limit on maximum length - as long as it has good pacing and quality content it can last forever, I love this game.

Heh, reaching the bridge I realized I got half of the achievements for the episode. That's when it hit me "wow, this episode is going to be short". Wish they'd be longer. Enjoying the game too much, just want more.

Hour and a half to two hours like it tends to be. This one took me about an hour and forty minutes so no problems here.

Same, I admit I'm constantly carving more but I know it takes time to make episodes like these and they can be only so long before the story turns to nothing but padding

I feel that the Season 1 episodes were significantly longer. Though Season 2 Episode 2 was quite long, but not long enough to get boring. So I would say and Episode whould be around 1.5 Hours to 2. But I dont know why they would release it in episodes...

The episodes don't HAVE to be 3 hours, even though that is the length Telltale has targeted ever since Sam & Max Season 1 back in 2006. However, if Telltale is going to move towards 1 hour episodes, then their traditional $25 per season price tag is not justified.

Not unless they released more episodes, would be cool if they concentrated on a game at a time, instead of their other seasons like 'TWAU' and the new Borderlands one

at least 1 hour and a half or 2 hours and that is what all of season 2 has been so far so I am happy

Having played through Law & Order Legacies in the past day or so the episodes in that are generally around an hour each. So no not all of their games have episodes lasting several hours.

My 2nd episode was around an hour and a half. I had 105 minutes on it, but I'm sure I spent a little bit in the main menu to go to the bathroom or something.
