Will Matthew survive if one decide to "save" Pete instead of Nick in ep. 1, since Nick then not will be able to shot Matthew (since he then will be dead) at the railroad bridge? How will he else die - if die at all?

No. I saved Pete but he died anyway at the start of episode 2. Nick lives whatever you do, so he always ends up shooting Matthew.

I hate how the teaser is much different than the game, nick/pete was in a dark room, carver was wearing camo and looked different, matthew was at the ski lodge, everyone was sitting down when clem talked to them, that is my only complaint.
