Report a translation problem
As you get Jane's backstory in episode four regarding her sister which is completly different to how Molly's sister died this is completly disproven. The other factor which also disproves it there isn't any logical reason for Molly to hide her identity.
I don't think it was. Anna was one of the other characters in Crawford and the person who kills the doctor.
