Timer Fix

- Fixed a bug that prevented props from winning even when props were still alive when the timer hit 00:00

Timer bug and not obtainable achievement.

So, currently the timer is bugged so that when the timer runs the prop doesn't win. So that the only way for the props to win is if seeker damage is enabled and the seeker dies. Also the achievement to scan 5 times is bugged and can nnot be obtained, regardless of how much you scan....

Fixed an error that prevented the game from launching.

Props win after first kill

Every way we create a lobby, after seeker kills the first prop, props automatically win. Kind of unplayable because of the bug
