Chapter 2 - Zepellin - Game breaking bug, cannot progress

After hoisting up the Zepellin cockpit and saving Luke, my game bugs out. An invisible wall is placed the the left that I can't get past. Iv'e seen videos that an option to heal him is meant to come up but never does. I managed to get past the invisible wall once by spamming escape, but the heal option never comes up.
I'm playing the PC version of Windows.

If there is not a fix coming I'm going to ask for a refund. I've replayed the level 3 times, same bug every time.

I am having this exact same issue, too, and tried validating the files.
This is infuriating. I really want to like this game, but having a major bug like this is unacceptable. As if Ubisoft wasn't already in hot water over the Watch_Dogs controversy...


EDIT: Okay, I managed to bypass the problem by installing and playing Valiant Hearts on my alternate computer. Could this bug have something to do with OS? It wasn't working under Windows 8.1, but under Windows 7 64-bit it functioned perfectly fine.

Yeah, I'm 8.1 too.
I logged a ticket to UBISOFT, with an image of the problem, and a video of what should happen. They then told me to attach images and videos to the ticket.
They don't even read the support tickets. I will think twice before ever buying an UBISOFT game again. Huge dissapointment.

Have the exact same problem, but on Windows 7 64bit.

OK, I managed to get past this somehow, but the game gets buggier and buggier. It's getting really lame. This causes me to stop playing at chapter 2. Thanks Ubisoft...
