Update: Patch has officially moved to ModDB

Your download may fail if your antivirus protection is too strong, simply because the patch is an executable file (exe).

If you are playing for the first time, install just the Basic patch, Plus will modify the game from the original release.

It's probably due to a small tool used in the SDK which hides .bat file windows so it looks better. Some antivirus programs see this as dangerous!

It didn't even give me the option of keeping it, or downloading it anyway. It just ran the scan and zapped it right out of my Downloads folder, with a message saying this was dangerous so we removed it for you. LOL

Is it better to install the patch from ModDB or from Nexus? I've never used ModDB before but I know my way around nexus. But I have been told that the patch from Nexus is broken or something so IDK

Both versions are exactly the same as far as I know, and I uploaded them myself ;)!

I'd try to run it once and have it crash through steam, then install the Unofficlal patch, then add the unofficial patch shortcut to the steam launch.

I just downloaded V11.3 patch and I can see trigger boxes now.

This probably is because you continued an old save, these are never compatible.

If you get the "steam not found" error, copy steam.dll into the game folder.

How can I use the Sheriff teleport power in game? Is there anyway to use it? What files would I need to change to enable it?
