Giving lily her belongings

I finished the quest for Thinned blood and I heard it was an option to give her stuff but I'm not seeing it I have the unofficial patch 9.9 Plus is this a bug or something else?

I have the command to do it but has no effect on humanity. Is there any reason to do it?

This was added just to get some space in your inventory.

welp looks like missed my chance to give lily her stuff back cuz i went back to the beach now its only Julius thats there

You can't give her the junk back if you tried to haggle a reward out of her, which is pointless to do anyway because she has nothing to give you.

Heh, yeah, that's what happened to me. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, this game has so much hidden stuff behind dialogue, you can miss little things and even huge ones without even knowing!

Oh I met her at the beach, but did not give her stuff back because I had yet to find her purse; she is head over heels inlove with E-Edward ThinBlood Surfer dude! I had a few thought's about the Thin Bloods, a quest to Germany to see Rolf after talking to ahhhh "Magilla Gorrilla" Prince of the Tremere in downtown Los Angeles, I would make a proposal to Seabastion LeCroix of me becomming Small Prince Justicara of Hollywood, China Town, LA and Santa Monica and I would marry Jeanette as having offspring of Tremere and Malkavian since my quest for Jeanette-Therese was very successful. I would also have a Tremere Magic Ceremony of sharing the blood and power of the Wizzard Tremere with the Thin Bloods and taking them into the Camarilla Wings by having all the Tremere in Los Angeles and Santa Monica lend their powers and strenght to them by me mating with Lily, she having my Childer Son then having E-Edward's child, he having be named Small Prince of the Thin Bloods with Lily as his queen.

Yess and you have to find her purse first, I forgot that you should not ask her about repayment either when she is being on that bloodsuck chair nor again when you have released her, going to have to start that part of the game again.

Well I dropped her diary, picture and id on the beach beside her, hope she finds them and takes them.

Agreed, the later upgrades to the game cancels out you being able to get Lily's purse at the diner, I have been at the diner several times and have never seen the purse so I take Lily's stuff and leave those items at her feet at the beach, that is her car keys, her diary, her photo picture and the bailbond for Rolf. I figure after she and E are going to Oregon she will pick that stuff up and it is gone when you return to the beach when you have to deal with Julian either kill him or scare him out of Hollywood and Santa Monica. I find it a shame with VV that you have to kill simple-minded Julian but sadly like Patty, Julian could show up again in Santa Monica even after you scare him making him run away. In Vampire The Masquerade-Bloodlines something could come up that would make Julian return to Santa Monica.
