Windows 10 Wrong Resolution

Game launches on Windows 10 but in a fullscreen resolution that does not show all of the picture. There doesn't seem to be an option to change the screen size in-game and there are no external settings. Any ideas?

try to edit:
%localappdata%\inXile entertainment\Wasteland\wl.conf

set fullscreen to false

change the resolution

alt-enter to make it fullscreen

see it that helps

or try to disable dpi scaling in compatiblity settings
