Create a team and expectations

First game
I used create a team. I did give myself the max 40 million start cash.
Good staff.
Mediocre drivers in Piastri (84) and Pourchaire (79).
Bad facilities and bad car performance.
They expect me to finish 6th. I don't think I can do that.
Will I get fired if I can't do 6th first season?

My car is 19th in most stats, so doing 6th will be hard

Not necessarily, there are other factors the board will take into account, like critically the state of your finances and the boards confidence in your abilities. of course if every parameter, shown on the board screen is below expectation, then yeah there's a high probability..

No, as long as you stay in the black finance wise and improve the car, drivers, etc. You should be good.

It's an expectation not a hard "you must". So keep all the visible stats to "satisfied" then you should stay in the job.

There is a section With Trust of the Board. Trust is to low you get fired, trust is OK, yo dont get fired, no matter your Results.

Its just really hard keeping the Trust high while getting resuls way below expectations.
If you dont want to get fired anyway, and not against editing programs, google f1 manager 24 Database editor and you get 2-3 good programs which can edit the trust, among other things.
