Suggestions for Improvement
Congratulations, great work on the improvements compared to the previous year. Keep progressing, but...

1 - The game is too easy...

2 - The car setup minigame is so simplistic that you don’t even need to understand what you’re adjusting to get the desired result. If the driver feedback were more realistic, with detailed comments, it would make the game more immersive. Moreover, you’d have to tweak settings based on what the driver requests, which would make more sense. For example, less skilled drivers could give inaccurate feedback, while more competent ones would provide more precise instructions.

3 - The game becomes a test of patience... Over the years, you end up winning everything from everyone without needing any strategy—zero, none—because the player always evolves faster than the AI.

Apparently, there isn't going to be a further edition of the series, meaning no improvements beyond the odd patch - and we may have just saw the last of those.

I was going to start a new thread, but i think this is also relevant to this thread; so i'll post this here, In season 2 of my create a team i have designed some components already to level 3, at race 4 of the season,
Now i'm just comparing my lv2 and lv3 components both designed but not yet manufactured, and what i am noticing is that the lv 2 (suspension) component has higher ie better attributes than the newer level 3....

SO is this some-kind of rare bug or is this a feature built into the game,? which i ironically actually think is good ie that newer components are NOT guaranteed to be a better spec, as is true of the real sport, idk the answer but would like to know. I have had this idea even while playing f1m23, of giving the tech and engineer staff a separate goal or objective and that is to increase the the chances of future design success of components. SO then there would be a choice a decision for the player whether to get things quicker or to ensure higher probability of better component spec, If what i am experiencing is indeed intentional and happens randomly, this ok and the idea i believe is a good one but wouldn't it be improved if the allocation of techs /engineers etc, was used to influence when this setbacks happen?. FYI this was an idea that i had thought would really benefit it's playability especially in the possibility it hopefully ever went to multiplayer (no likely-hood of that right now) although for mp to even work the way setups are done would have to be exponentially more complex, else as you suggest it can get too easy,

Try playing with the worst of everything from the start like i have ..on a "create my team", and then also use this brilliant editor, to change how the AI plays the game,,As currently it can't refurbish and it can't build car parts that are of lighter weight, the editor changes all that you can even give the ai research advantages if we are brave enough ,,and then trust me it's far from easy..

Yes agree car setup is too simplistic, it's "ok" though far from perfect, for an offline experience but not if the game was ever online, these "safe's" would have to be designed much harder to crack. like Gpro was and still probably is with ranges from 0-999..It's not so easy then.. What they probably should of done (time permitting, which in all honesty just wasn't) Is incorporate set up difficulty complexity into the difficulty levels, ie the harder the chosen difficulty the greater the ranges to find parameter optimums. So say how it is now would be easy level, and other levels increase the number of possible combos making it relatively more difficult to uncover those optimums the AI pace may need to be adjusted though, but thing's like this take time to develop if they were ever in the design bucket in the first instance or integrate a yearly algorithm to alter the optimum set-ups so they are not the same consecutive years . both ideas would be better than currently though the first i think is the way i would of gone, though it is always going to be very difficult to emulate what actually happens in reality regardless of how we try to do this using math.

if there even is a next game is already questionable. Their license runs out and lets see if they re-new it.
So, my thoughts:

1. they would need to introduce a chance that a car part fails to be better without you knowing beforehand. I would suggest through, instead of fixed values gained in Design and research, having a Range for the Values.
Better Buildings, better Staff etc. then makes the Range of Values smaller and possible positive results better.
Top teams would have the occasional Part that doesnt work as intended and low Tier Teams could end up as Haas last Season, bringing update after Update and Parts dont get much better as a worst case.

2. able to negotiate in more areas. Negotiate with your board, get more money for higher expectations? go for less Money but also less expectations? Make Promises to do certain things, hiring a Driver over a certain Rating? Upgrade Buidings to a cerain level and get lower expectations for it?

Negotiatons with your Sponsors expanded. Negotiations with F2 and F3 Teams to Place your Drivers.

3. A real Youth Program starting with Karts and other Leagues. Doesnt need official Licensing. Even if Called youth Open Wheel Leage 1-3 would do. Maybe including partner Deals with Teams of those leagues, to improve their Possible Results.

4. And the regular, improving of what the AI does how. In the Race alone, the AI constantly Ends up throwing results because it wastes their Resources on momentary gains and ends up in a bad Place long Term, like wasting their Tyres and Depleting ERS and Fuel in a fight up to a Point they basicly run on fumes the next 15 Laps and end up losing massively.
And some of the Strategies the AI uses a nonsense too, not a bit off, complete nonsense.
