Just Booted up to Try New Update - Important Text Missing

So I just booted up the game to try the new customisation options, and in both the schedule section and the rules and regs section, there is no text whatsoever, so I have no idea what I'm clicking. Extremely frustrating, needs fixing. Image below.

I've got the same issue, hopefully a patch a coming soon because I've got no clue what I am clicking

Same here. There is also text missing from the Driver Creation screen.

Try verifying your game files in the Steam client, this should address the issue.

But, I will note that if you have any mods installed that this could be causing the problem.

Verifying didn't change anything. I do have a mod installed I only use a real sponsors mod, I will test that out.

It'll be the mod that is affecting it. You'll need to do a fresh install of the game to address the missing text issue.

For those experiencing this, removing the "real sponsorship pack" mod fixed it for me.
