Game setup for "Create your Team"

Can someone tell me what impacts the expectations of the board for the season? Ive created a Team with a Car level 2 (1-5). But the board expects me to finish 5th in the construction ranking. I have used facility level 4 (1-5) and the best drivers from lvl 2 (80 to 82).
