missing names

i have an issue where i finished the first season and at the start of the second on the player list i'm missing the names of about five drivers and one of them is my young affiliate driver who i signed the season before and he had his name then but not now. can this be fixed please. thanks

Are you using a sponsor mod with a pak file for names? Is your young driver Tuukka Taponen?
If yes, delete the pak file for names.
