Having multiple saves.

I just thought of having 2 more teams that I create myself with create a team. They won't override my first save will they?

so long as you make manual saves i don't believe they will loss your save, i have a couple of save for just the one team at different points in case something messes up one and bricks one save.

But if I go to create another team when I already have an autosave it says "Starting a new career will overwrite your current autosave. Make sure you have manually saved any progress you wish to keep before proceeding." So do I just do a manual save for the team I have on the auto save? Then can I create another team?

Manually save your first team. Create a new team. Manually save that team. Then, you can switch between teams as much as you like. But you must always make manual saves if you want to continue switching between the 2 careers.
