Crash crash crash at the intro

Hello guys, I was playing without any problem. Suddendly the game crashes at the intro, first was random crash, now always crash at the start. I haven't changed anything, it's weired. Any help? Here is the error

yeah, the same problem here, still no info from Frontier Support, they don't think it's necessary, we're not the only ones who have the problem.... https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/67093

Yep I have added info in the bug page, but still the bug it seems "confirming". Also, is strange that few days ago I was playing without problems, then suddendly without any mod added or so it started crashing... after 4 months how is possibile to have a so tragic bug?!

That could well be possible, for some it goes to the intro and crashes, others say it crashes during the race and then nothing works anymore...I played it 4 days ago and now nothing works anymore, reinstalled without mods...nothing

That's a joke really... we pay 4 months ago for something dosn't work. This is a serious bug and no answer by Frontier...
