I'd say go for it if you're into management games. There is quite a bit to oversee off track like sponsorships, car development, keeping your staff happy, contract negotiations, etc.
but it's definitely doable if ur willing to do a bit of research and make ur own notes that can help u with ur decision making.
there's also a few difficulty levels to choose from. what i like about this year's game as i think u can get away with not micro managing races as much as u needed to last year, but u still need to during key parts of the race.
so i think u can start on easy, and if u can definitely progress to the harder levels if u ever want to & so at least so far this year it is probably more casual player friendly - i'm finding it very fun.
