On create a team, can you let your drivers use their unique helmet design?

Created my team, had to create a helmet livery, however drivers will use their own personal designed one in the 'normal' game mode. Have I missed the option to do this on the my team mode or is it just not possible?

i can't find it either. But if it's not in the game the need to fix that. i want the original drivers helmets in my new team.
