you can take setups from here: https://save.f1setup.it (but some supports for f1m24 may be unstable now)

try it and let us know, I assume most will work , but will be out of order, about to test the theory myself though :)

Sakhir seems mostly right, but who knows.

Set ups are the same as you used last year
Dreagon Jul 23, 2024 @ 3:01pm
From what I remember of last year's game it seems about the same.

https://estnn.com/f1-manager-24-best-setups-for-each-track/ had some luck with this, has a set of optimal and normal. Found some normal ones gave me higher than optimal but article does explain it's a bit janky

use F1 manager setup calculator and select the 24 tracks from the drop down menu works for me

Do you have to redo your car setups each year you return to a track? You can't save them like you can in Motorsport Manager?

Like why even bother with this part of the game because your setup has ZERO impact on Ur race results, its another so called feature that may as well not be a part of the game. You are basically wasting your time.

F1 cars setups should absolutely be a critical and vital part of any F1 ( as well as the track determining what your setup should be ) game .... especially a management game.

This feature is just another example of a toothless mini game within a game that is useless. It has no bearing whatsoever in the outcome of your races.

You bother with it because a good setup gives your drivers a positive buff to cornering, braking, accuracy, overtaking, and defending.
It also decreases their chance of incidents.

A poor setup can give negative buffs to those attributes, while increasing the chance of incidents.

Its BS dude, i have tested every iteration of this game and ur setup absolutely does NOT effect where ur driver will finish in a race .... end of story.

I'm not going to argue with a sycophant so test it out for yourself and see!

You are pretty wrong here.
The setup, hence coindence has an influence on race performance.
1.) As Tassie already mentioned you get a buff for good setup, be it +1, +2 or +3 each for braking, cornering, ect.... This obviously influences race pace without any doubt, be it only by a little.
2.) The lower the coindence the higher the chance of mistakes, crashes, ect... Someone must have a very optimistic overview to say that such things do not influence the race at all.

But yes, there is no need to argue, it's too obvious to even discuss this even further, leave alone to argue.
