AI cars being super fast in the opening laps?¿

I don't know if this was a problem last year because I skipped F1 Manager 2023 and in 2022 it didn't happen. I start the race all in standard mode and on the first lap about 3 cars overtake me and open gap super easy, is this normal? What should I do? I can push max but it will destroy the tires and my strategy, right?

it was a propblem with last years game but frontier claimed to investigate and say that nothing was wrong. If it is still a problem you just have to push like hell for the frist 4/5 laps

They push everything, Fuel,tyres ERS this last for about the first 5 laps

My redbull can’t win against Ferrari and McLaren, ai doesnt need to manage tires

Doesn’t work, ai push from beginning to the end, they are insane, idk how to deal it, redbull can’t win anything, if I push, the tires will very quickly be used

Well that isn't true at all, My cars are ranked 17-19th on the grid across the board, and yet hamilton came 12th and Piastri finished 16th, So the Ai doesn't just push from start to finish otherwise my 2 drivers would've finished last...

Load 10% less fuel than it suggests for the race distance, push on fuel for the first two or three laps and then conserve fuel the rest of the race. May have changed for this year but last year you got more performance by starting with a lighter fuel load and conserving than you did starting with enough fuel to push for half the race.

yeah, the AI underfuels their cars( as you and they should) and starts with everything on Push settings. Sometimes for 1 lap, sometimes for 2. if you start the race on everything average and ers on normal you gonna loose places.

that makes no diff, if you have set normal fuel for all round, you ding in race ful push motor/fuel for some rounds.. i think not that you drive faster 2 round less fuel.. you can maximal better starting..
