I don't think there is a limit and if there is i have not seen it. in previous year versions of the game i have seen people 10+ years in the future. it will keep generating drivers far as i know.

No Limit but after 3rd season you are dominant and no challenge unless you quit then take a bottom team

Unless you already did 3 seasons on the new patch, it's harder now that they fixed AI car dev.
