How much money after season?

My frend told my i need like 20-35 mil after last race. For building next season car. Are those money from cost cap?

You also get money at the end of the season depending on your team's standing.

I mean, you don't need need that much money, just means you'll be briefly in debt start of the next season until you choose your sponsors and get a bunch coming in

I have found that it costs approx 22m for the engine supply at the start of a season. First year ended with 10m and immediately in debt by 12m before sponsor negotiation. So need about 22-23m to stop going into debt and upsetting the board for a month.

It is money for the cost cap, but for the next season. Because you're building the car for next season. But it shouldn't be too much of a problem if you go a few million in debt. You have sponsor negotiations on the first day of the season so you can get 20-30 million easy at that point to make up for that debt.
