real sponsors black car and livery issue (türkçe)

(ENG) No matter what I do, I can't apply the patterns and colors I choose to my car and racers. My car and racers start with a black livery and when I say go back to the main menu, it kicks me out of the game. Can someone who knows how to solve this problem please guide me?
