Did not receive contract buyout fee

I signed Antonelli as affiliate driver and half way through 2nd season red bull came knocking, Antonelli told me he wasn't going to leave as was happy with me and his multiplier was 10x so buyout was 84 million. I thought that won't happen then and a week later I received an email saying red bull poached him and I didn't get any of that breakout fee. Whats the point if we don't get the breakout but have to pay the breakout, at this point I don't want to continue playing as I feel what's the point if teams are just going to take drivers regardless of the breakout fees

For how maany years did you sign him? If for just 2025 then if they hired him with the clause that contract starts in 2026 then they did not really poach him, as they didn't break his current contract

Hired him for 5 years, I checked the buyout after received email about their interest and Antonelli saying he wasn't going to leave

I am pretty sure i didn't recieve any breakout fees either when two of my staff where poached during my first season.
They were on a two year contract, got an offer i laughed about, because they would be recieving a lot less pay than they did with me, so i figured they wouldn't leave.

But they did sign those contracts. And left after one season. I should have recieved around 2 - 2.5 mil from breakout fees from the one year left on both their contracts, but i don't recall ever seeing that pop up in my financial overview. Unless i somehow missed it, i mean the financial overview is not designed in a way to make it easy to keep track of things in my opinion.
