why is bearman so bad,my car can deffinetly get points i have 25 and im 6th as of now but all of those points were earned by pourchaire and none by bearman because he qualifies bad (his best qualify is 17th and theo's is 6th) and then just loses all his potitions and is 22nd 21st

btw just so you know im in my 2nd season after a very well regulation change and its bearman's 2nd season aswell

I have Schumacher & Vandoorne. Schumacher is always quick and better, but also make mistakes in every session the radio with Mick always go "wow wow", Vandoorne is quite & slow.
Not sure why.

Bearman was good in my game, but makes you not get podium cut scenes so he's pointless to use anyways.

For some reason in my game Bearman always qualified faster than Pourchaire, but then did way worse in the actual races. I ditched him in season 3 for Antonelli, who is incredible.

yeah i just got him a contract for season 3 so lets hope he does better

Does he get podium cut scenes or is he like Bearman that just skips the podium cut scene?

Only 20 official drivers + Theo and Liam get cutscenes

so they dropped the ball with Kimi too then.... the devs aren't F1 fans or they'd have known pouchaire is a nobody and bearman & Kimi are the ones they should have sorted out, I will drop Kimi like a hot potato and not extend his affiliate.

Could be to do with mentality. I had Pourchaire and Verschoor (because I am dutch) in my first year. The car was so bad that pourchaire mentality dropped massivly. Verschoors did not because his standards are lower and was just happy to be in F1. So halfway through the season Verschoor started to outplace Pourchaire. He would get around P15 while Pourchaire got around P20

Really wouldn't drop Kimi despite lack of podium scenes (he does have a few voice lines), he's insanely good. He's got the highest improvement rating I've seen (MAX) and it's not unusual for him to gain +4 to stats in the monthly development update. In Y3 and he's 86-rated and because he came up as an affiliate I'm able to basically pay him peanuts lol.
