Unfortunately I play without sponsor plans as if they didn't exist in the game because any of them have negative effects on either the team or the drivers, shouldn't there be sponsor plans that don't have negative effects on the team and drivers? - Even if the financial benefits were smaller.

Because it's as if they don't exist, who wants to harm the performance of the pilots and the team for financial gain?

It's realistic. Sponsors don't give you money for nothing, they'll always ask for something.
And yes, it does impact the work of your personel (drivers included). It does that too in real life.

Money to develop infra and car is 10 times more important than the slight downgrade of individual rating. Think of it as a little "rolling" reduction of performance, it's not that big actually.

if it is a slight downgrade...it depends on the % of loss, we don't know for sure what downgrade it will cause .

It's worth the risk ?

I tried two different save files. And i can tell you 100%, the downgrades are very minimal. I always maximize sponsorship plans because car development is crucial.
