Hard Settings

I have 60 hours invested to date...and was considering starting a new career using both of the hard settings. My thinking is based upon some of the long term shortcomings the AI seems to have...thus making a long term career probably too easy.
Seeking any input/advice on the ramifications of these settings. Is there any info from the devs about what these hard settings actually entail?

I've been playing with the hard difficulty and honestly it still gets really easy after a while. Early game is a little harder but the AI can't develop a car, at all, so you eventually end up at the top if you know even a little bit about developing a car in F1 Manager.

Yeah until they fix some of the bugs with the AI car development its not going to ever be that hard.
