Blurry Image?

I have a laptop with a 4070 and even on ultra settings and the game still has a weird haze to it? Also, made sure my laptop monitor isn't dirty haha is anyone seeing this though?

Yes its the games design. Lower your post processing setting to medium and it clears up a bit. Also consider using any driver base sharpening you might have.
