How to hire engineers ?

Hi, I started a game with my own team. I get a center which allows to have 15 engineers but I only have 8 of them. How can I hire 7 others ? I don't know where to go.

Click on your STAFF tab to bring up your STAFF. On the right side of your screen you will see Engineers Tab click on it then click on add more engineers if your Dev lab is leveled high enough.

Don't forget to check regularly. Those sponsor obligations that reduce the number of engineers are permanent so you have to rehire them. I assume it's a bug but that's the way it is. Although I believe working longer on a project gets you more expertise so you may want to use the minimum anyway.
