Unable to proceed in career

So... since i did not notice that my generated driver has a salary of nearly 50 million, money is a big issue in my current playthrough. My financial forecast says that I'll be ~100 million in the negatives by the end of the season.
As things went on, parts needed to replaced. Eventually i ran out of spare parts for the Hungarian GP. Not even Gen1 parts are usable anymore.

Conclusion:
- no replacement parts left
- no money to produce new parts

Now i am simply stuck. The game does not allow me to proceed in the calendar, but also doesnt give me any other options. Just nothing. Things like "You lost, try again" or let me participate with only 1 car could be sensible.

I have young drivers with a salary of 1M each, young/not good TD and areo, 2 half decent race engineers, and i'm making 500k per race.... good luck everyone....

Build up your Tour facility....it's cheap to upgrade and brings in a monthly income.

50 mill??? omfg, listen in f1m23m on hard "management" mode, with the now vanquished Alfa Romeo team i had Ricciardo sitting on a 14 million contract. per year..So i broke the contract, had to pay 16 million in grrrr compensation, but still saved over 20 million because the contract was for 3 years, replaced them with a driver which was not even 2 million a year, Riccardo was basically finishing last every race anyway.so

but if i was you in that situation i think i would redo from start.p

I did start over. the save was locked. couldnt do anything

So it will still let you do 'emergency' parts but you will still keep going negative. I was about to delete and start over but I tried this and it allowed me to do it.

In the same situation, one missing part and 300k in debt no option to make new part...
just stuck ...

Same here - I started a few hours again because of the new patch und DLC stuff. Got so frustrated - I am not able to get credit or build new parts in a normal way, but still can produce last minute parts for way to much money!?!? If its start once your savegame is damaged and you can start again. It is terrible and they didnt change it. It makes no sense at all. Sad to say but deinstalled although the put so much effort in the game.

Why are you not able to manufacture parts in "normal way" ? ,

but yeah i agree if you are short of funds that would be a obvious and logical reason for not producing parts, So then if you have no parts and the only way to go is to get an emergency supply costing you triple the usual cost, Essentially all this broken mechanic is going to do is drive you further and further into the red, and guarantee you are fired.....it's a vicious circle which i'm not sure the games design has fully taken into consideration....then again IRL many many F! teams have indeed gone bankrupt, if they don't gain any success after a period..

Ie Larrousse, Minardi, March Prost, Zakspeed, Hispania F1, Brabham Lamborghini., Toleman, Jordan etc etc etc
