So I guess you can figure out how hard Unfair mode will be. It's nothing like Diablo. The only thing this and Diablo share in common are killing stuff and the eagle eye view. But apart from that, different games. It puts a nice new coat over the older Gauntlets.
Also you don't die in one hit on unfair.
Still trying to get the "Don't die on a single level of Unfair" achievement... and yes, if you get hit once, you're out.
