How do you log in with your WBPlay account?

I've made 3 accounts so far, and no of them work. I just keep getting a "Logging in to WBPlay Failed" error. What's the point of having me create an account if I can't use it? Every time I created an account I got an error saying "Failed to create WBPlay Account", but yet received a dozen of confirmation emails and half of them don't work. Could you guys please fix your crappy interface? Or is WB too much of an indie company to get their thumbs out of their asses? It's now been two whole days I can't connect.

Thanks for the wonderful interface I guess, does anyone know if it's possible to log in?

I created an account some time ago to get the extra bow. It used to autolog me in every time I started the game, but it doesn't do that anymore. Maybe there is a problem with it.

I am having the same issue where i have a WBPlay account but it keeps telling me login failed when i try and link them for the bow. good thing i got the game as a gift from a friend or i would be pissed guess ill just go back to diablo till they figure their ♥♥♥♥ out.

Getting exactly the same issue. I can log into the account on the wbplay website, but can't login in game.

I have, they asked me to send a file almost immediately and when I did, they never answered back. It's been 72 hours.

I have dont this elf and that are like oh matybe the severs are down they cant seem to find a problem and they havnt got back to me yet with further updates.

the good thing is you can stil play online and offline without an account all you dont get is a bow.

you can play the game online or offline you just cant log into wbplay for the bow. the game works just fine.
