Post your ''endless'' mode record

Hello fellow Gauntlet players,
I just felt like creating a thread asking people to post the highest floor they managed to get to in endless and how they got there.

Post the class, weapon, talisman and relics used as well as the floor number that got you killed.

I don't think getting to the first check point is considered breaking any records, so I won't list my strats here. :)

Well I was still wondering about the weapons/talismans/relics used though.

For all classes, the Ring of Mirrors relic is generally the most useful/powerful -- especially once you level it up to having 3 attackers and a longer duration. The other relics are more situational and depend on playing style.

For talismans, I'd go with Giant Thor for Thor, 3 Thyras for Thyra, Shield for Merlin, and Power shot or Song for Elf.

The weapons you'll just have to play around with for yourself to figure which ones suit your preferred play style. Personally, I use the axe that does the cleave attack for Thor, the sword that does the spin attack for Thyra, the void book for Merlin and either the Mortar bow or the Shadow bow for Elf, and the skeleton warriors for Necro.

Meaningless now since someone hacked the leaderboards much like they did during the last season of colosseum on the prev gauntlet. The top scorer finished the checkpoint with exactly 0 gold. Even in the heat of battle you'll pick up a coin or two. Ergo he must be using a memory editing tool like Cheat Engine to reach that level solo with zero gold. Funny people don't even try to hide their cheating anymore. Also meaningless since you can be carried to the top like previous seasons if you just play a few rounds with top ranked players.

I still enjoy this game, just not playing for competition

I don't find it fun spending 15 minutes going through 30+ portals to reach my maximum floor to resume my leaderboard grind. I'm also quite bored with the repetitiveness and predictability of the floors as well. Consider me retired from the leaderboards for now.

Today I started my run, got to level 19. I could go on, but I stoped when got to the portal. Of course, I play it alone.

If someone could post the check point floors all the way to at least 300, that'd be appreciated.

There are 6 floors of each stage -- 6 mummy floors, 6 orc floors, 6 cultist floors. Thus, obviously it's the first floor after each multiple of 18. So 19, 37, 55, and so on...
