Gauntlet Dark Legacy

I have 3 very important questions about Gauntlet Dark Legacy that I hope the people here might have an answer to.

1. Is there a way for me to play Gauntlet Dark Legacy on my computer?
2. If there is, then can I also play with other people?
3. If I can, is there anyone out there who wants to play with me?

This isn't Gauntlet Dark Legacy. That's an entirely different game altogether.

I never did play dark legacy, if it is available somewhere I would buy to play it on my computer. I remember playing the arcade game in the mid-late 80s, and legends on the Nintendo 64. This one’s the best!

No need to get mad at me. I was initially nice about simply informing you that this board is not about the game you're talking about, and is therefore off topic to this board. I would like to see the game get a decent port to the PC with 60+ fps support. Doesn't even have to have the extra content of the home versions, just the arcade version would be good.

1. Yes there is a way. Look up Dolphin emulator and use a Gauntlet: Dark Legacy file. Legally you need to pull it yourself but unfortunately there are people who pirate it by googling for the ISO and finding stuff like coolroms...

2. You can play local on your computer, I'm not aware of a way to play online

Unfortunately that is the only way I know of. And remember its an emulator so it's not perfect and definitely not 60fps high quality XD

Yes you can play Gauntlet Dark Legacy on PC. You can play it on MAME (arcade perfect) or on an N64 emulator. Google and then sail the high seas Jim lad.

Just play Gauntlet 1985 arcade version. It's by far the best. The pacing, the music, the atmosphere, the speech. A masterpiece for that era. Nothing gives you more chills in video gaming when you hear "Elf now has extra speed"

The speech on this re-imagined imposter is comic book at best and a mockery to the original at worst. There are no mazes either. Just Diablo style dungeons...boo

Druid on the C64 emulator is a great Gauntlet clone to check out. Dandy too...naughty naughty Ed Logg. Garrison is crap and I have never played Get Medieval.

huh, this thread is still alive. well all I have to add is that if you do play the dolphin "version," you actually can play at 60 fps using a hack -- it works very well, very smooth.
